How to rank chips & snacks
Tier lists get heated when everyone is ranking by something different. Agree on what counts first. These are the criteria people use most for food:
- Taste
- The obvious one. Rank what you actually enjoy, not what you think you should.
- Value
- How much you get for the price, which can move a pick up or down a whole tier.
- Consistency
- Is it good every time, or only on a lucky day?
- Craving factor
- How often do you find yourself wanting it?
Then work fast: give each pick a gut placement, and adjust once everything is on the board. If two picks keep swapping places, put them in the same tier and order them inside the row. Stuck on a long list? The ranking maker asks “this or that” and sorts it for you.

Questions people ask
How do I make a chips & snacks tier list?
All 15 picks are already in the “Cards to rank” pile. Drag each one into a row from S (best) to F (worst), or tap a card and then tap a tier. Add anything missing, then press “Download PNG” or “Copy share link”.
What is on the chips & snacks tier list?
15 items: Doritos Nacho Cheese, Cool Ranch Doritos, Lay’s Classic, Pringles, Cheetos, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and more. Type in anything that is missing, paste a whole list, or ask the assistant to suggest more.
How should I rank chips & snacks?
Pick one or two criteria before you start, for example taste and value, and stick to them. Keep S small: if more than a few picks feel like S, the S tier stops meaning much.
Can I add pictures?
Yes. Tap “Upload images” and choose photos or screenshots. They are resized in your browser, never uploaded, and they appear in the PNG you download.
Can I download or share my ranking?
Yes. “Download PNG” saves a high-resolution image, “Copy as text” gives you a paste-ready list for Discord, and “Copy share link” lets friends open your list and remix it.
Is there a right answer?
No. Rank by whatever matters to you, whether that is taste, nostalgia or how often you would actually pick it. Just be ready to defend your S tier.
