• Ensuring you have the rights to use any images you upload
• Not uploading copyrighted content without permission
• Not creating content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Complying with applicable laws regarding content you create and share

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

RankMaven is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data stored in your browser will not be lost
• Shareable URLs will remain accessible indefinitely
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

5. Limitation of Liability

RankMaven and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data stored in your browser
• Inability to access shared tier lists
• Copyright claims related to content you created
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Data Backup

Since all tier lists are stored locally in your browser:

• You are responsible for backing up important tier lists
• Clearing browser data will delete all saved tier lists
• We recommend exporting important tier lists as PNG images
• We recommend saving shareable URLs for tier lists you want to preserve

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
